Pre-Completing Goals

Goals can be pre-completed if there is tangible evidence of the goal’s completion still in game. These include goals such as ? Panels, P-Switches, Costumes, and Medallions. Goals that award stickers also act as evidence for pre-completion, such as gliding, driving, and coin collection.

Evidence does not need to be viewed by the player during the run, but could be viewed if the player had a hypothetical judge or if challenged by a competing player.

Sticker Limitations

Nabbit and Chargin’ Chuck stickers can only evidence the pre-completion of one instance, as the second, third, etc. times they are completed do not award a sticker.

Chargin’ Chuck Challenge

For the purposes of this Bingo, the Chargin’ Chuck Challenge must be completed with a Green Shell. Capturing him with a UFO will grant a sticker, but that should not count as progress towards the goal.

Goals That Cannot Be Pre-Completed

A few examples of goals that cannot be pre-completed include:

• Visiting tracks
• Using items
• Interacting with NPCs
