Warping

Players begin their game in Mario Bros. Circuit. While they are free to change their character freely, warps are limited in this run.

Track Warps

Warping to tracks is only allowed when a track has been visited. Players will know they have successfully visited a track when the track’s name appears in the top right corner of the game.

P-Switch Warps

P-Switch warping is allowed and quite strategic. In order to warp to a P-Switch, it must have been unlocked by pressing its switch. After the switch is pressed, it will appear on the map by pressing the R and L buttons. A P-Switch does not need to be completed in order for a warp to be allowed.

Tip

Pressing the switch, pressing +, and quitting the challenge is common when gaining strategic warping locations.

Note

Be aware that P-Switches can unlock unique movement options, such as the UFO at Moo Moo Meadows.

Free Roam Exit Warps

Exiting Free Roam and re-entering Free Roam is an allowed form of warp. Players are rewarded for their knowledge of exit warps.

Character Warps

Not Allowed

Warping to characters is NOT allowed under the rules of this Bingo challenge.
